Everything begins to crumble as we age, including our immune system. The same is happening before our eyes with cataracts, arthritic joints, and our audience with age-related hearing loss. The things that simply worn out.

As we get older, the body parts to be higher - as in a car. Therefore, they have less resistance to disease - the heart is much lower - after so many years worked. All the mechanics are lower - body and a car. Lower Austria, it is much easier to break.

This is because the body is more and more tired and slower. Our natural defenses and fight as they grow slower and more difficult for the body, illness, disease and injury.
