I would try a clay bar, I recommend using liquid clay bar, if you are a Detailer with experience can damage than conventional clay bar the paint, if you know what you are doing. Now, with a liquid clay bar is almost impossible to ruin. Turtle Wax Ice is a liquid clay bar, I tried in my car and it has worked very well.

After washing the car use the clay bar. and after application of staff of the clay bar clay flush face paint and dry in the car. I recommend applying a layer of wax after clay bar to give an impressive brightness.

I use Turtle Wax Ice didtnt .. I use Turtle Wax liquid normal.
The transparent layer can be destroyed by something, try a high quality wax and a buffer at high speed to see if they can not resolve.
